Putnam’s Festival of Lights is a four-night holiday celebration that will transform the Putnam County Fairgrounds into a festive, family-friendly destination. Designed to become a new annual tradition for Putnam County, the event will feature a mix of light displays, entertainment, food, and holiday activities for guests of all ages.

Attractions and features (subject to change)

• Christmas Walk-Through Light Display: a large-scale illuminated trail featuring themed sections, holiday characters, and interactive photo ops.
• Santa’s Village: a festive area featuring photos with Santa, a letter-to-Santa station, crafts, and family activities.
• Ice Skating Rink: professionally managed synthetic rink offering 45-minute sessions for guests.
• Live Nativity: a nightly reenactment of the nativity story featuring live animals and local performers.
• Food and Craft Vendors: Local and regional vendors selling holiday treats, gifts, handmade crafts, and seasonal specialties.
• Live Music and Ground Entertainment: Enjoy performances by choirs, bands, and entertainers, including stilt walkers and carolers, throughout the evening.
